Congratulations on the second topping-out ceremony. Although I think that the garage with the bulky roof structure looks quite dominant and thereby somewhat overshadows the house.

Today I spent the whole day sorting the riser shaft and laying it neatly and as flat as possible in the basement breakthrough. The amount of time this takes is incredible. In hindsight, the shaft should have been much larger. From the upper floor alone, there are over 50 pipes. Plus the installed lighting and empty conduits from the ground floor... quite a lot adds up. I want to have it finished by tomorrow evening.

Why weren’t the cables laid directly into the concrete ceiling?

Everything that comes out of the ceiling was also laid into the concrete ceiling. The rest are room feed lines, bus cables, LAN cables, SAT, empty conduits for weather station, grounding, and photovoltaic.

Have you discussed the bundles with your screed installer? As far as I know, these routes should not exceed a maximum width of 20cm (12cm is even recommended). The distance between 2 such routes should then be 30cm.
