The purchase - price/performance is TOP, but how old is the mom? I mean: KG/EG/OG/DG doesn’t exactly sound like potentially age-appropriate living.

Yesterday, the upper floor ceiling was installed; hopefully, next week the concreting and the roof structure will follow.
