We are getting quick-drying screed. Furthermore, until the house is completed, only the tiles will be laid. Our vinyl will arrive at the beginning of August. And 8 weeks of drying time with dehumidifier support should be sufficient. It was no different in our current house.

Just a quick question to the prefabricated house group here. How long was the delivery time for you? When we dealt with it about 1.5 years ago, it was said to be 12 months... for us, that unfortunately took away the advantage of the short construction time.

Sign the contract in April. Building application submitted on June 2, after much pressure approval received in September. Workshop planning afterwards, then came winter (snow many 10cm) until February. Then excavated, foundation, basement and the house at the end of March. So everything "delayed" but only due to non-house-builder factions (office, weather,...)
