That looks like an apartment building
Well, I'm a bit puzzled. The photo was taken by my wife, I was on duty. Apparently, my wife can work magic with the telephoto lens. The living area of the ground floor, as it currently stands, is just 61.16 m², the extension for the living room and the office is still missing. Therefore, neither "palace" nor "apartment building" is appropriate.
