What does luck mean, here the experience of the shell builder applies. I was already told beforehand (casually as info) that he does not order bricks from factory Y at company X, because that factory has quality problems and the bricks show deviations.
Basically, it’s not bad, but the plaster (inside and outside) gets thicker and therefore more expensive. If the OP is building with a general contractor it’s the GC’s problem (maybe the plaster will just be thinner in some places, who knows?!). If the OP is building with individual trades, the costs are passed on to him 1:1.
Sorry, but I’m slowly getting tired of these praises for your trades. Allegedly everything runs perfectly for you and you know absolutely everything better... and the thing with supplier X and factory Y is so far-fetched?! All bricks without deviation.... the "additional costs" of the plaster are passed on 1:1... I seriously doubt that the crappy sack of plaster weighs so much that it has to be itemized separately on the invoice.
