With us, this was done later along with the interior plastering work.
I see that the joints between the filigree ceiling elements have already been executed for you. Is that part of the contract for the construction of the ground floor / upper floor shell? I have received the invoice for this construction phase and am surprised about the open joints.... wanted to complain, but then thought maybe that is included in the interim payment for interior plastering, but now seeing it with you, I am reconsidering this question......
You also have Poroton bricks. With our Poroton bricks, after completing the ground floor / upper floor, there are various holes in the bricks, some of which have already been plastered over, but mostly are still open. Here too, I wonder whether this is only a case for the plastering payment or if it must be demanded before approval of the ground floor / upper floor shell payment.
