Can you tell me how much roof overhang you have?

We are currently in the final phase of planning. Our "city villa" has exterior dimensions of 9.40x9.80. The roof overhang is planned at 40cm (+ gutter). We could increase it to about 55cm (+ gutter).
How much do you have? I think it looks very harmonious with you.

Hello dear home builders,

things have moved forward again with us.
Last week we backfilled the workroom and today the masons started on the ground floor.
Next week on Wednesday it will continue and the week after next the ground floor ceiling will be installed.
I am glad that it now seems to be progressing quickly.
Last week I also finally received my construction schedule: Everything should be finished by the end of August - that will be exciting.

Wow, until the end of August is really ambitious. Are you still doing anything yourselves then? Or is the house ready to move in by then?

By the way, we also have 50cm roof overhang

My life experience tells me that this won't work. Realistically expect the beginning of October.
