yes, sure, but then it's a loophole window... whoever likes that :)

We have about 1.5m railing height and 10x 60cm high window. That is not a loophole.

10cm x 60cm? :) well, the OP is also still looking for surfaces for wall cabinets, one only fits window or cabinet otherwise window = big cabinet --> advantage you can also access it from the back :D

Divide the window vertically into a small fixed element (I think we have 20 cm) and the rest as usual, works perfectly. I would then place the sink in front of the wide window on the right, close the other window, and add wall cabinets. I would completely remove the wall stub to the living room below and make a 3 m long and 90 cm wide kitchen island. I would also probably swap the WC and pantry so that the way is at least somewhat more direct. Those are some spontaneous ideas ;)

Thanks to you all first :-)

So it’s actually supposed to be a semi-open kitchen - meaning if we had to choose, then rather closed than completely open. We don’t really want a kitchen island, as we don’t really see the added value ;-)

The pantry is called that, but it will probably be used more for the vacuum cleaner and such than for anything other than a crate of water and possibly a few canned goods, so more of a general storage room. A strictly short path to the kitchen is therefore not necessary for us.

The window above (where the sink currently is) is a front window looking out into the garden. We actually can’t do without it purely for aesthetic reasons, plus it’s the side where there are no neighbors and where most of the light comes in. The window on the left could rather be omitted.

The fact that the window can’t be too high due to the faucet is a good point.

An architect is simply not an interior designer. I do not see a big problem, by omitting a window and the short wall below (or also above) to place a nice island. But you can also work with an 80 x 80 extra tall table where you can sit around the corner if it is only about a small seating option. I would leave the door inside.
