Kitchen Planning: U-Shaped Kitchen and Drawers Collide

That would be great. You can't see very well through the upper cabinets either. Where are, for example, the oven (9?) and the stove? How wide is the distance to the window? And do you really want to build an unusable carcass into the dead corner?

I thought that in the additional cabinet in the corner I might install concealed drawers or some kind of bar compartment with a lift/lower mechanism. These are just ideas and the cabinet is reasonably priced. Once the kitchen is installed, it will be too late.

I wouldn't want to install anything that rises and lowers from the countertop so close to the sink. You will never get it properly waterproof.
