Did you have RC2 windows installed?

We also did not receive a full RC 2 but a security package with pilaster heads, laminated safety glass, etc. - we also ordered some windows beyond that in sound insulation class III, the others in II. We would now like to check whether all the windows are exactly as they should be. The site manager said that for this, we have to look at the inner frame between the glass panes where there are markings. The problem is that this frame is finished in anthracite, so you cannot see anything there at all. So how can we check where, for example, SK III or even just SK II is actually installed, etc.?

Soundproofing is achieved through thicker glass, possibly supplemented with films. The glass unit would have to be thicker; since you can hardly measure this now, just try to compare by eye. EDIT: SK2 is in my opinion basically standard. You write as if that was an upgrade? The jump to SK3 is not necessarily high either; I have just seen configurations with only 2mm more glass in the unit. It will probably be hard to see "by sight."

we are currently dealing with the windows of our planned house. The police recommend the installation of RC2 windows, but these are apparently also very expensive. Have you installed such windows and what additional costs should one expect for a window or patio door? For example, if you only have the patio door made in RC2, do the glass panes then look different compared to the other windows? How did you handle this?
