He is a she ;), and I do not have my own meter for the air-water heat pump nor for gas. The amount posted back then was on the days when it was really freezing cold here by local standards. I take photos of the meter more or less regularly and note it in an Excel table:

If you have photovoltaics and that is the grid consumption meter, then it could match. But without photovoltaics, there is no way to achieve these numbers with an air-to-water heat pump and household electricity. Really no chance. On your two days, my total house consumption was 53 kWh, so 2 kWh less than you then. I have posted my grid consumption including photovoltaics.

This is the total house consumption since 06.05. with photovoltaics and storage:

I plead guilty, I have a ground-source heat pump. However, I also have 170 sqm in the generally "ass" cold Hochsauerland. Total electricity consumption (heating, ventilation, hot water, household) since moving in on 23.11 is 1,713 kWh. Photovoltaic self-sufficiency during this time is only 43%, because December and January were really gloomy (for comparison: February 71% and March so far 87%).

I find February with 71% remarkable. Surely you also had snow on the roof. Even if you can't assess it yet, the values are very good. You will actually be 99% self-sufficient from the time change or April until early October. I myself am now at 91% self-sufficiency for March but February was only 42% because of snow on the roof.

The snow rather reduced the yield than the self-sufficiency: the snow-free spots and the diffuse light were usually still able to somehow cover the own demand. Thanks to the 38° south-facing roof, the snow also melted well. That was probably only four or five days.

With the photovoltaic numbers, the thread loses a bit of its impact, as no consumption can be traced anymore. It is the same with the combination with household electricity, as it is totally subjective and depends on many conditions (sauna, e-car, refrigerators, etc.)..
