Actually, Elis offers one, two, or three-star systems. The main difference is the number of sockets and the fuse box. We have one in which the fuses for the heat pump, photovoltaic system, and wallbox can still be added. This saves us another small box. For a single-family house, 300 meters of cable is a commonly chosen standard, 200 for LAN. Additionally, new cables for SAT were added. The offers we received ranged from €15,000 to €22,000 gross. Initially, you get a complete offer and then cross out items you don’t need. Our electrician, who eventually did the work, quoted a fixed amount that included around 100 sockets. Ten more or less didn’t make a difference. Note: In some places, we had to chase grooves because we didn’t have empty conduits everywhere, and I live in Cologne.

One may doubt that all electricians work like this. A certain amount of space reserve in the fuse box should be obvious anyway; you don't cram a brand new control cabinet all the way to the top.

Here it is quite obvious that the electrician mentioned the individual prices and then during the walkthrough you decide what you want. So no "I pull 300m of cable, think about where they should go"...

300 meters is standard for a single-family house. Three electricians have said and offered this independently. Or do you think they measure it depending on where the sockets should go?

Attached is a detailed price example spring 2023 from BaWü. Electricians of the GU. So these are rather "take it or leave it" prices. In case it is helpful for someone.

Gira is not just Gira.
We mostly use the System 55 (so affordable), except where color is desired. Then you quickly end up paying double the unit prices. Or if you choose digital room thermostats, or, or, or.
For IT hardware, ask if you can get it yourself. Our electrician has hefty markups there. For example, a Fritz!box 7530 was on the offer for €169 net. You can get them for free with new contracts or upgrades.

We come to just under €30k gross for the entire installation (with wallbox and SAT) and did not skimp on sockets/ LAN sockets. Except in the HAR and basement room, everything is flush-mounted in brick. I think there were 168 Kaiser flush-mount sockets on the invoice.
