Hello,
regarding the last floor plan, I would consider swapping the office and the kitchen. At least, if the office is going to be used for working, it would bother me a lot if, for example, the family is running around on the terrace in front of the window during summer or can watch me while I’m working. Having the kitchen in that spot would have the advantage that you can go directly onto the terrace with food.
Access to the office could be through the pantry instead.

You have now planned about 26 sqm of hallway space, without having any storage space. I know: bungalows naturally have relatively large hallway areas. But I would definitely reconsider the storage spaces.

Best regards

Michael

By basic idea I mean a bungalow with a kind of courtyard - living and sleeping areas separated.

somewhere else!!!!

Honestly, a plan requires dimensions and proportions. You can’t just fit 4 room widths into one measurement if on the other side a hall is created. Storage spaces in the hallway also need to be planned right away. As "Wadenkneifer" already says: Your circulation area in the hallway is already particularly large, and the circulation area in your gallery now adds to it... And now try to loosen the hallway and create storage space; with further dimensions, you might even not manage. Just try with graph paper and pencil, one square equals 50 cm... for adequate storage spaces you need corners about one square ... then you see how far you get with your basic idea

But you can also take your idea to an architect, who might be able to make something out of it. :D

If you go to an architect, please do not take your drawings with you, it will only block him. If you approach the matter self-critically, however, you can continue drawing to get a feel for relationships.

The architect will first check your wishes and the legal framework conditions, and later create a design; with us, the 6th design fit, but the last ones were more evolution and tuning.

Long corridors occur, they can also be designed nicely and brightly, e.g. in front of a long floor-to-ceiling window. Intelligent spatial sequences can be very exciting, views, sightlines, etc.

For the plot, I see a vertically mirrored L with an opening angle of the legs of 135 degrees, everything private in the longer, vertical leg, nicely zoned, living-dining-cooking as a sequence to the lower left, public spaces in the connection of the legs. That would be nice, but it may be that your plot does not allow that at all. It will be exciting...
