Yes, then just post the floor plan. But also the ground floor and upper floor, because otherwise you can't judge what else is possible.

And the exit of a straight staircase is in a completely different place than the exit of a spiral staircase. I simply cannot imagine arbitrary swapping there.

Ok. Here are the floor plans of the upper floor and ground floor.

So I also didn't think of a completely straight staircase, but one like in the other floor plan. And then the question is, which looks better...

Oh man... I feel really dumb... There is just so much to consider...
But many thanks for taking a look!

@knt09: By the way, your suggested changes to the rooms on the upper floor and the bathroom will be implemented.

Another staircase will not be possible - as soon as it turns a quarter, you will no longer be able to access the dressing room.

What means is that the door of the walk-in closet cannot be moved.

If it is acceptable to the planner that the first steps of the staircase from the first example receive a concrete ceiling, the one-quarter-turn staircase would work.
Because: Basically, you can say that the less a staircase is turned, the more comfortable it is. You just have to complete one turn as a person or with furniture, whereas the planned two-quarter-turn staircase has two turns -> this can be impossible for bulky furniture.

Ah ok... Because of the slope. Right?

What do you mean by: "first steps of the staircase get a concrete ceiling"? Sorry, but somehow it's all too complicated for me...

Just a quick note about the dressing room: Should it really stay like this? I find it very inconvenient without direct access from the bedroom. As it is currently planned, you have to cover almost a half marathon distance just to quickly go from the bedroom to the dressing room and then possibly back to the bathroom.
