To be honest, the entire building. While the floor plans still look clear (albeit poorly planned), the building's volume appears like a wildly interlocked ensemble of shoeboxes. Overall, the building seems unable to decide whether it should cross the slope lengthwise or widthwise. The windows surely also suffer from the "modular" combination, i.e., the three-winged ones look like one and a half double-winged windows. Relative floor-to-ceiling height, i.e., floor-to-ceiling only relating to one (which, however, does not lead to a terrace) storey, would rather make this worse. In the interplay of formats, arrangement, and composition, the facades SO and NO look like they have been equipped with windows by a vending machine in a rhythm. Does the house want to be a house or a sculpture, or can it not even decide between the two? – this is unclear here. And because the way this is unclear reminds me of another specific design here, hence the link to the other post.

Sorry, I wouldn't even know where to start. I think the best thing would be to thank the architect and ask the next one. But definitely don’t show the old thing.

The hallways are long, dark, and way too many – it looks like the whole house is bending to obey the staircase. Since it’s stuck at the edge, you get problems deep upstairs and need long hallways.

Unfortunately, you can’t just brighten the whole thing up with three tricks. 280m² and you don’t get a feeling of spaciousness. Surely this hillside location can’t be solved with a cookie-cutter approach. It seems to me, however, the architect is simply overwhelmed by it. From the outside, it’s not exactly impressive either. Given the sum, I wouldn’t skimp on the design and would therefore ask someone else.

The small windows also bother me, I would use fewer wings. However, I see that you have no windows at all on the SW side, which feels like the most important location for windows to enjoy the light after work. The SW side also looks like it is cut off, while the SO side gives the impression of a multi-family house. For example, I would omit the window in the SO kitchen and place it on the SW side. It looks the same on the children's side. What is too much on the SO side is missing on the SW side. Change it to achieve a balance as well as light in the rooms. Mobile greetings on the go

I also have other irons in the fire: With the attached draft, I missed the openness on the ground floor (=street level) and more space on the terrace, whereas the hallways are used more meaningfully. However, here I am dealing with an oversized 300m² living area, due to 3 full floors.

Yes, then show them, also the others and the additional views.

The joke is good: you want to build 280 sqm, but 300 sqm is "oversized" :-)

Hehe, I would have been overwhelmed with my space program of 250sqm, but the slope takes its toll. What I liked about the first draft: the terrain was integrated. The second draft has, I believe, 320sqm and exactly 3 full floors.

The first draft has the better street level, but concessions were made on levels -1 and -2. The second draft has a clearer structure on -1 and -2, but the street level has a terrace that is too small and too little open living room.

I currently don’t have any further views.
