Find tip not bad to glance towards .

I don't like the hipped roof. But I am also biasedo_O
Our little house doesn't fit as a "template". Neither in size nor in budget.

I'm curious how the project will continue. However, I see this more as an architect project with individual contracts than a general contractor.
It is also important to know the ground. The earthworks will cost quite a bit...

Outdoor area is not just a seating area. They are spaces. Why not a lounge area for peace, retreat A dining area for everyone a play area

Clients’ requirements
of course we want to enjoy the view and the garden. The house will therefore mostly stand on the slope and not in the slope. Furthermore, we have imagined designing the garden with 2 terraces at the levels of the upper and ground floors, so that there is enough flat area.

2 double garages 7x7 should be half under the house, the other half will form the terrace for the ground floor. The access to the house will be between the two garages.

Style, roof shape, building type
modern
WD/PD
single-family house and bungalow as an annex

Basement, floors
Yes, but not fully basemented, in combination with garage, 2 floors

...

As already described above, the access should be under the house
the parents should live on one level with the ground floor
an outdoor shower would be practically nice to have
the parents’ roof should form a shaded terrace for the upper floor

The price limit is likely to be a problem given the desired size and usage requirements.
