Whether you paint afterwards is another question. Take a look at "Dimeseal" or "dime-welldachbeschichtung" in Google, that’s what I found quickly. I think something like that would be your first contact. They can then also tell you something about later painting. Again - the priority is that it is permanently sealed! You can call the company Emalux yourself regarding whether this coating can do that or if they specifically offer a guarantee for it.
