For a design or its change, more than one or two windows slightly shifted are required. For example, turning a narrow slit window facade into a larger window front.

Hello,

it is not a KfW-funded house, it only has to comply with the Energy Saving Ordinance. I don't even know if the architect has already calculated this, but I don't think so. Likewise, the designs have not yet been with the structural engineer, as it was not yet certain, for example, whether a second full floor would be possible, and then everything would have had to be redone.

I just wanted to hear ideas regarding windows or other things; what can actually be implemented will have to be seen. By the way, we are mainly building ourselves or my father is supporting us a lot, he knows a bit about it and also said that moving windows or interior doors would not be a problem.

Then we are probably at a different stage than previously assumed, because then the apparently is not yet an approval process, but merely a building inquiry – or it was only clarified whether a simplified procedure can be applied (?) Otherwise, the structural calculations and heating load calculations should already exist.

I don't know the exact name. As of today, the interior can still be moved and the exterior walls are fixed. Any ideas?

Well, you should consider a built-in wardrobe and sacrifice a bit of the kitchen for it. It would also suit a door quite well, better than the living room. I can't offer any praise now, moving walls isn't enough. I said something about the bedroom... and now it’s up to you to say something about it.

Hello,

regarding the bedroom: at the moment we have a 140x200 bed and are satisfied with the size, it can be placed anywhere in the bedroom. But a bigger bed would also fit, with the headboard facing the bathroom or east. Is that what you meant by ypg?

About the door, maybe it’s not very clear but it should open into the kitchen where this arch is drawn with pencil. The living room wall should be continuous except for the part that extends into the kitchen. Would a sliding door between kitchen and living room make sense? Hmm..

Regarding the wardrobe: planned are shoe cabinets as drawn and built-in cabinets/space for outerwear in the storage room. That should be enough, right? I would rather not reduce the kitchen because of the wardrobe since the kitchen is more "important" than a few extra steps.
