Thank you.

I would have moved the house about 1 m further to the west. But presumably, that does not work with the alignments of the neighboring buildings. Is it as far as the existing structure?

The driveway to the garage becomes quite steep, over 10%. I can't say for sure. Tell me how long the western GSG is.

About 14.5 m. From the bend southwards, it goes at least 50 m or even further. I don’t know offhand.

Then I estimated well. Slope towards the garage 10.6%

Do you have a screenshot from google map so you can see the neighboring buildings? Or photos of the property?

Great plot. The height is determined by the development to the north and west, should not be a problem.

Quite a bit has already been said about the floor plans. The area around the staircase is already very spacious. I am missing a pantry. Some optimization can still be done on the upper floor. But more on that after your appointment with the architect. Please keep us updated.

I don’t want to put myself in the northern neighbor’s shoes now.

Since the basement has not yet been planned/used (and is probably not included in the 170-190m2), partial use as living space would certainly be an option. Your basement will create beautiful, private living spaces and is actually "too good" to be used just as a utility basement. You want the open plan room on the ground floor, I understand that here it is also to create some spaciousness and not to be completely swallowed up by the forest. How about having only one children's room on the upper floor (later office/reading-TV room/) while the child is small, and then in the basement 2 rooms with access to the garden and their own bathroom. The children's bathroom on the upper floor can also be omitted, because in the first years you are anyway in the bathroom with the child :-). P.S.: Very nice plot!
