So, I now have the first prices.

Electricity connection costs: €825
Normally €1045, but since there is no basement, it goes down by €120, and we will do the earthworks ourselves, which means excavation, another €100 off.

Telekom amounts to about €500.

Now waiting for gas and water.

Yipiiieee. We got the contract for the property. And at a dream priceee!!!
I'm just so freaking happy right now......
And the connections are even already on the property. But since it’s going to be a duplex anyway,
either both need to be new, or at least one side definitely.

Good day,

it continues.
Yesterday we had an appointment with the owner. Everything was discussed so far.
My question now is: The plot is already divided, but a piece of the left plot that we want to purchase remains with the old owner.

I think that must then be separated. And the second question: The left plot is to be built with a duplex. Do we also have to subdivide the plots again???
Because it is already clear who moves where. Left my wife and I. Right brother-in-law with girlfriend.

What costs are to be expected there?
Furthermore, no development plan is available. So building is allowed according to §34.
To the right of the plot is a single-family house. To the left a large hall. Opposite are single-family houses. Opposite diagonally right is a very large single-family house that also goes around the corner.
Could there be problems there? I don’t think so, or?

Attached is also a sketch for the presentation.
Help, tips gladly received.
