Should we buy an overpriced property?

I find all the numbers confusing because I’m not sure if they apply to the apartment or the new house. Anyway, since the house fits in every respect, I would just buy it.

The bank determines an internal value - lending value and market value. And that according to internal bank guidelines. In case of doubt, this has little or nothing to do with the purchase price.
