Also, the performance description states the following: ceiling reinforcement, wooden flooring up to 150€/m2 including sealing, railing up to 350€/lfm.

The ceiling reinforcement to 7kN/m² costs 330€ according to the current price list from a prefabricated garage supplier. So it's negligible..

How big is the garage supposed to be? The 20m² from the terrace or larger? The 10,000€ for a (3x7m??) garage already seems a lot to me. And for the prices you mentioned, you can already get wooden decks or railings including labor costs. Is that really just the material price? If yes, then wow..

Just ask a craft business what they want. The roof terrace can also easily be realized after the house is built.

Yes, I think that's how we will do it. Whether the m2 or meter prices include labor costs, I still have to find out. Either way, it seems too expensive. We will not just "add" it for now, but rather put it out to private tender or something like that. The question is whether to at least do the base slab for the garage. I think that should probably be done. And whether to already put a prefabricated garage there and sort out the "enhancement" later on.

Hello everyone,

we are also building a garage with a flat roof and a terrace on top. (Haben auch Hanglage)

However, I currently have no idea what such a flat roof and the corresponding terrace construction will cost. We have a double garage of about 6x7 m.

We will also initially only have the flat roof done and will do the terrace flooring ourselves later, possibly also as our own work. (Falls es nicht zu kompliziert wegen der Unterkonstruktion und Abdichtung wird)

Hi, we also want to build a 6x7m garage with a 3x7m balcony attached to the house. For the double garage, we have a ready-made garage offer of 17,000 euros. Is it possible to add a balcony on top of a standard garage later, or is the statics then no longer sufficient? is that 330 euros per sqm? Or total? Does anyone know a good and affordable provider? (Also for Nina
