We have planned about 20k

With that, we have an upgrade of the doors to solid painted wood. About 100 euros extra.

Entire ground floor tiled with Villeroy & Boch about 2k more

Somfy for electric shutters. About 320 per window.

Design air outlets in the ceiling about 800 euros.

Window sill outside in anthracite granite about 34 euros per linear meter.

Bathroom walls tiled high in 70x25 tiles. With black tile mirrors for decoration. About 400 euros extra per bathroom.

Very large bathtub 140x180 and slightly trapezoidal or corner-shaped. About 1400 extra.

Other things like e.g. 3.8m large terrace door or fireplace and level-access shower, we already negotiated before signing.

Actually, with upgrades, only the wallet gets emptied in the end.

How can one imagine that? (Photos, manufacturer, product name?) We are now at about 25,000 euros extra... It adds up. But what do you do with such a status update?

No information about the manufacturer received!

Maybe the forum knows them. Definitely better than the round ones found in every public toilet
There are small filters in the cassette that can be replaced.

We had planned 14.7.

With everything, it then ended up around 18k.

All bathrooms. All fixtures. All tiles. All floor coverings. All interior doors. Everything with surplus and laying materials. A few extras here and there. Small things. It's okay. We tiled the shower areas up to the ceiling. Otherwise, also a bit higher than what is usually done today, because I am an old guy and actually know fully tiled bathrooms. In the main bathroom upstairs, also fully tiled up to the ceiling on the inner wall. What I see in the neighborhood (6 tiles around the toilet and 8 around the shower) - no. That's laughable. The 18k also includes the TV in the bathroom.

More expensive was also a large washbasin in the main bathroom. A rain shower. A very large faucet in the bathroom and this cool thermo faucet in the main shower. I also still need such a device in the other shower. Super. That thing.
