Maybe you could try making an inquiry with the "Renovierern" in Kirchseeon/ Eglharting. Although we haven't had anything done there ourselves yet, I have heard a lot of positive things about them. Everything also comes from a single source. Asking doesn't cost anything... You can fill out a form.

That would be 190,000 euros for me

So I just did the math: I paid about 13,000 with wall heating and a freestanding bathtub, the bathroom is 19 sqm

Haha maybe you can resell it to a Munich resident for 190,000 :-)

So there are a maximum of 25 sqm to tile. 5.5 on the floor tiles and about 20 sqm wall tiles.

At €40/sqm and €100 per sqm for laying and some tile adhesive, rails, etc., you might roughly come up to €3500 for the tiler. Maybe even €4000. But €9000?

A concealed cistern from Geberit with a flush plate maybe €250. Toilet bowl, WC seat maybe another €200.

So the whole thing shouldn't cost more than €15,000. Not even in Munich.

Pretty dumb idea, have you ever thought about whether someone from outside might possibly nest in Munich for 2 or 3 weeks? Hotel costs should at least balance out. 5AT 500€ hotel costs... As confusing as it sounds, the option to rent a hotel room during the renovation? It certainly isn’t as nice as being at home, but if there was possibly one around the corner and for a limited period that doesn’t span several months. With the amounts mentioned, 2k€ for overnight stays is almost peanuts^^.

Last year I completely redid the bathroom at my parents' place and in the end we spent somewhere around ~6k€ on materials for the toilet, flush-level shower tray, bathtub, tiles around 40€/sqm, fittings on just under 9sqm.
However, with an Ikea base cabinet and mirrored cabinet and a Villeroy & Boch sink for "only" just over 1k€.
