Hello again
I regularly find the garden shower argument unconvincing.
The process would have to be set up so that it makes sense:
Before going into the garden, get underwear and socks from the dressing room.......
or:
Coming from the garden, shower and then go naked through the house to the closet upstairs.
In 27 years as a plumber, it rarely happened that I was in underwear going from the front door to the bathroom. After gardening, never.
If you skip the passage to the garage, I would plan the toilet along the wall towards the garage.
This way, the hallway becomes wider and then offers enough space for a wardrobe and an area at the front door for greeting guests and for putting on and taking off jackets and shoes.
