Hello again

I regularly find the garden shower argument unconvincing.
The process would have to be set up so that it makes sense:
Before going into the garden, get underwear and socks from the dressing room.......
or:
Coming from the garden, shower and then go naked through the house to the closet upstairs.

In 27 years as a plumber, it rarely happened that I was in underwear going from the front door to the bathroom. After gardening, never.

If you skip the passage to the garage, I would plan the toilet along the wall towards the garage.
This way, the hallway becomes wider and then offers enough space for a wardrobe and an area at the front door for greeting guests and for putting on and taking off jackets and shoes.

@ Looks good. Similar to our floor plan that we are currently working on. May I ask which program you used to draw the floor plan?

You are, of course, right. We will reconsider the entrance / passage / shower bathroom area on the ground floor, maybe leave out the passage. But I don't think we'll leave out the shower, maybe in the next house.

I drew the floor plan itself with SweetHome 3D. The floor plans posted here were copied 1:1 by the construction company from my floor plans using a professional program.
Have you already posted your floor plans here? I would be interested to see them.

Hello,
which is also not that difficult when you can live on 4 floors with 2 adults and one child. There is enough space then.

Have you ever had your project calculated?

Best regards, Barossi

We have similar dimensions (11×8.40 m). We previously had 10 m as well, but the extension by 1 meter gave us more storage space on the ground floor (pantry)

To the living room, we have double doors. So, when you enter through the front door, you can see all the way to the garden. That makes everything very open, bright, and just intuitive. Maybe that would be possible for you?
