I wouldn’t think too much about it, just pay. Just to put it bluntly. You simply need one and then you don’t have all the stress. Just consider it as fixed costs.

I think you are right. I should save money somewhere else and not where it is actually not possible. I also don't want to have any stress later just because I wanted to save money in the wrong place in the past.

yes exactly. Now I find your speaking already much better. That's how it should be. Especially when building a house, you shouldn't save in the wrong places, otherwise you might regret it for a lifetime

Can only agree with that... a professional is always worth their money.... Because the nerves of the builder cannot be weighed with money...

So I would definitely not advise you to plan a house without an architect!!! Otherwise, it will go wrong. Maybe literally crooked.

Friends of mine are the biggest cheapskates you can imagine. And yet they hired an architect when building their house. That says something, I think.
