Because of something like that, my Turkey tour was canceled. Hope you don’t have to wait years now if no one signs. Don’t you have financing for that where provision interest eventually accrues?

Uh, I really hope not.

Luckily, I have a girlfriend at the bank. We had the financing calculated, we only need a bridging loan because we will sell our current condo. Well, I have my fears whether everything will work out. With an acquaintance of ours, a lot went wrong. The house sale and moving into a new build went so badly that she now has more costs or had to sell her house cheaper in order to pay for the financing.

Best regards

Hello,

we have now been living in our single-family home for 6 months and we no longer want to miss the controlled residential ventilation. You always have a good smell in the house. You hardly notice the airflow. In summer, you do not have to open the windows and thus let the heat in. We always have a cool house and still fresh air.
Have fun with your future home!

I cannot yet judge how the living climate is with [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]. But I currently still live in a rental apartment that was wrapped with 20cm insulation two years ago. Since then, we have been living in a plastic bag. We constantly have to keep the windows open – even in winter. The insulation did not help us save heating costs… Therefore, for me, only [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] is an option for modern, insulated houses!

Best regards
Micha

Hello, thank you for your many responses
The developer has not contacted me yet. I have now assigned him to several other providers and am curious about the outcome.
I don't think I will manage to ventilate properly, as the developer said. Besides, the brine ground source heat pump would probably be a joke if on one hand you try to save energy and on the other hand throw energy out the window again.

Best regards

Energy saving of a controlled residential ventilation system is not really the decisive point. The controlled residential ventilation system also requires electricity and the approximately 90% efficiency... well, paper is patient, it is rather the gain in comfort that counts with a controlled residential ventilation system. In other words, you will probably never recoup the costs of a controlled residential ventilation system through energy savings! But always fresh air, no cold drafts, and no fogged-up windows could be worth it.
