Bosch fridge-freezer combination for Ikea Metod cabinet 60x60x220

since my question is very similar, I hope it is okay that I join in here.

We are planning to buy the same refrigerator (Bosch KIS87AD40). In our plan, however, the tall cabinet is the model 60x60x200, not 220 high.

Above the tall cabinet, another wall cabinet with a height of 40 cm is to be installed.

Even after thinking about it several times, I can’t see why that shouldn’t also fit. Nevertheless, I would be very grateful if you / someone else could confirm this once again.

I am slowly getting desperate with my kitchen...

Because of family growth, we have moved, Metod is coming in 4 weeks (without appliances).
Thanks to the forum, I was able to find a suitable dishwasher, but I am stuck with the fridge/freezer combo.
The cabinet 60x60x220 cm is ordered, so it fits here in the thread.
Is there something by which I can quickly recognize what fits? For price reasons, I have the KIV38X20 from Bosch or the RKI 5182 EW from Gorenje in mind (both about 500€ including delivery).

Does the Bosch have a "Sockelaggregat"? Then it probably won't fit in the IKEA cabinet without any problems.

Edit: It does not have a Sockelaggregat. Then it remains to be clarified whether the right fronts are available at IKEA. In other words: Does the division in height fit?

The fronts are Ringhult, each 60 cm wide. The lower front is 80 cm high, the upper one 140 cm.

Then the lower one is too high, the freezer compartment is only 57cm. It doesn't work. And overall it is also too much, the upper front is then 40cm longer than the refrigerator door. You would need 60+120+40cm fronts, if I'm not mistaken.
