That's how I would do it too. If you know someone with a lathe, simply have them turn a sleeve out of aluminum round material that is closed at the bottom and has the height of your 1.5 cm and fits over your feet at the top with the inner diameter and is exactly the same length as the sofa.

Thanks for the many replies. I almost feared that none of you know anything either. We all have the same internet. Unfortunately, we don't know anyone who can make something like that. So it probably only remains to swap the feet. However, I have no idea if that's possible. The thing is really a wreck and can't just be set aside easily. In that case, I'll have to make sure I catch it next week when they dismantle the sofa to load it into the truck.

These feet are no beauty anyway. Dismount them and put something decent underneath. Easy
