I see the advantage in the proposed construction in the thickness of the wall. Anyone who wants clinker necessarily builds relatively thick, which can be compensated to some extent by the insulating effect of Poroton to keep the insulation thinner. It can certainly be done that way. Personally, I am not a fan of Poroton, but that may be due to the region, and the images of crumbling bricks scare me. But that is just a matter of mindset. In general, what would bother me about Poroton "outside" is the almost forced use of Poroton "inside," because soundproofing inevitably becomes an issue there. There are plenty of experiences on the internet mixing it with sand-lime bricks inside... I would avoid it.
