You can always ask questions! At the moment, I can't think of anything regarding the subsidies, but I can ask around. Are you planning to convert everything, or should this happen partially? That also always depends on the financing options, as it is quite an investment.

I agree :D It should not only be partially converted, but actually everything. Yes, it would be great if you could also ask around, different suggestions are welcome.

But gladly, what I also know from my brother-in-law is that you can rent it, the company wouldn’t have been able to afford it otherwise, and they then commissioned Deutsche Lichtmiete, changed everything to LED. You can also ask about that again.

What now? They rent the LED lighting? Hmm, how does the whole thing work? Sorry if I ask something silly, but I'm just not familiar with it like that and can't really imagine it. Maybe you could ask your brother-in-law more precisely again. But well, basically so much is bought and rented nowadays that the idea is not that far-fetched. But does it pay off quickly for a company, or does it take a long time until the conversion has paid for itself?

It will first be seen what you need, what kind of lighting the company currently has, etc. Only then will equipment be rented and installed, so you don’t have to take care of that yourself. How long it takes is very hard to say, as it depends on your own consumption, what kind of lights are currently installed, etc.

Oh, well that's practical if they handle the installation for you :D But how is it before the installation: does one of their employees come to the business and basically determines what you need, or do you get an electrician to come and then he transmits the initial data to them? And one more question: so basically it is always said that LED lights last very long, which is also good, but what do I do if one of these lights does break eventually? Do they repair it then or are you more or less on your own and have to fix it yourself?
