Thanks for the answers. We have cement screed. So yesterday, on the third day, the neighbors were inside, apparently it's the condensation water that causes the puddles and drips down from the attic foil again. We are going there today. According to the site manager, ventilate completely for 30 minutes once.
After that, we start ventilating four times a day, first one side then the other for 15 minutes each to avoid cross ventilation.
Regarding the walls, currently Q2 but the painter is doing Q4.. I don’t know much about Q1234, just passing on what Mkr said about the weather.
From my feeling, I want to let it dry for 2 weeks first, then consider which craftsmen to bring in. It should be ventilated properly now. If it’s reasonably dry, then drywallers, electricians, etc. The painter should wait 4 weeks so the plaster can dry longer.
