Wow, that’s quite a statement... If we had bought the sanitary fixtures from the plumber, that alone would have cost 12-14k€. And this is not even a luxury outfit.

Don’t let yourself get crazy, you write yourself that more offers are still on the way. Where in Bavaria are you building, if I may ask? Please don’t say Munich. Because then I wouldn’t have much hope.

@ zaba12: thanks for your numbers. I would like those a lot better.

@ matte1987: I am building in the rural area around Ingolstadt. Not quite Munich but currently not exactly cheap either. :-(

Heating is okay, I think, you just have a large area for underfloor heating and what kind of heat pump is included? Ventilation is okay if it’s something reputable and the basement is connected. Sanitary is intense if that’s really without fixtures. See the positions at Zaba. We have roughly €4,000 gross on the list for two bathrooms, kitchen, two external connections, two utility rooms, etc., so for fresh and wastewater including ventilation. Even with the Bavaria surcharge, I find that very intense.

Heat pump: Novelan air-to-water heat pump LICV12.2R3
Ventilation: Vallox BalloPlus SE510

It's a pity, as the company actually made a good impression. I'm already looking forward to the next offers.

We have 65 for geothermal energy including drilling with two bathrooms, a freestanding bathtub, two outdoor water connections, kitchen connection, utility room, underfloor heating with 10cm installation so everything - two-story and all sanitary matters not scattered far throughout the house. No ventilation system, upstairs the 4500 BAFA rebate basically applies. They were also shocked...
