I wanted to tell you, tightness is not the issue. Aerated concrete with plaster on both sides is also tight, as is the [WDVS facade]. Therefore, no argument for or against. If later you want to knock holes in it again with the metaphorical pickaxe, that's up to you. But you don't have to, some things simply evolve.

Seems similarly expensive to produce. And yes, the annoying thermal bridge problem used to be much less because of less tightness.
