And where do you see the point in removing any tilted windows from the monitoring? You yourself have noted that this rarely happens, so if it does, then consciously and briefly. You would then only monitor the ventilation itself, but not the intended break-in
That's true. I just want to have the flexibility. I probably won’t remove any window permanently, but only in individual cases. I also have to say that I like programming and I don’t imagine it to be too complicated to activate or deactivate the reed switch via the alarm system interface.
I always thought window monitoring is solved by a "loop," if it is interrupted the alarm triggers. How can you remove individual windows?
We are getting Winkhaus HighControl alarm contacts.
Apparently possible, according to my electrician (whether it makes sense is another question).
Relevant for me: Our son wants to sleep with a tilted window in the height of summer. So I see upon activation that his window is tilted, but I still arm it.
