I am now convinced that with drywall construction, depending on the wall thickness, better sound insulation can be achieved. Unless you want to build 36.5 cm interior walls.

Do you mean with the 10 cm aluminum profiles, the Knauf soundproof drywall boards, and acoustic panels as insulation?

Yes, but the pipes, etc., can also be installed after laying the screed! That shouldn't be a problem! Water pipes, drain pipe from the bathroom would then already be in place, it would mainly be a matter of pulling electrical cables, which can be routed over the sloping roof before it is paneled with plasterboard.

But why should you do that? I don't think that is professional. According to VDE, there are specific installation zones for cables. And the water pipes also run on the base slab – that is, under the insulation, under the underfloor heating, under the screed. You don’t lay pipes there afterwards.

Drywall construction is possible, but then it should be double boarded and insulated inside. The disadvantage remains that little (if any) heat/cold is stored and that cracks will appear at the connections to the solid walls.

I think that masonry is actually a nice DIY task. It would almost be the only work that I would personally enjoy (and that I could manage decently ...:rolleyes .

Undoubtedly, in my opinion, the interior walls are built together with the shell construction, completely, before the rough installation of plumbing and electrical. Everything else is nonsense ...

Which stone will be used for the exterior walls? I would base the interior walls on that. Otherwise, I'll just throw calcium silicate brick into the mix. With the "right" shell builder, the house construction contractor, I would coordinate the connection of the interior walls to the exterior walls beforehand. You will need help for the door lintels. Maybe the shell builder can also lay the first row and you just build upwards. Of course, that reduces the saving potential, but it significantly eases the task. (Are you building with a basement? The transition from interior wall to floor slab is a thermal bridge ...).

In the construction schedule, DIY work must also be taken into account.

Hello, no, we are building without a basement!
The pipes will already be in place since they are located in the exterior walls! It’s actually purely about electricity, LAN, and TV cables for each room now!

I just thought of laying one row, then letting the professionals install the underfloor heating and screed, and then calmly building up the rest!

That should be okay
