I'm not concerned about the neighbors (who all have the same problem), but whether the building authority can require me to keep the outdoor unit within the building window, even though it is not explicitly stated in the development plan, or only the part concerning ancillary facilities.
Regarding the legal classification of this issue, I had given you the discussion of a lawyer in #966 (last paragraph).
For reasons unknown to me, this post was admonished by an admin—does anyone have an idea why?
