Regarding the legal classification of this issue, I had given you the discussion of a lawyer in #966 (last paragraph).

For reasons unknown to me, this post was admonished by an admin—does anyone have an idea why?

Looks pretty good. But why can't the empty conduits be left 10-20cm longer so that in case of a fault, there are no problems replacing the cable? Now the entire floor construction comes on top, and then the conduits basically only have mechanical protection. Even though you 99.9% never do it because nothing happens. With minimal more material, it would have been possible.

What, in my opinion, is really not acceptable here is that the LAN cable / Sat cable?! also have no empty conduit up to the socket. Who knows where the internet is headed. A quick replacement is definitely not possible this way.
Somehow, I'm also a bit confused about the cable routing? Only one empty conduit comes there? Where does the network cable end?

Many electricians only see DIN 18015-1 as a rough guideline. At the price a network socket costs here, I would never accept anything other than having all cables completely in empty conduits. The typical electrician's answer will probably be: "Even if we put the cables in an empty conduit, you can't replace them anymore anyway."

My buddy (electrician) said the same thing yesterday while walking through. Apart from that, I already reported the data lines without empty conduits to the general contractor this morning - also four incorrectly placed ceiling outlets.
