There are definitely good progress and still the only one there. I look at that with a laughing eye (you still have all possible building freedom all around, no others who also want to temporarily store something somewhere, have the construction vehicle parked, etc.), but also with a crying eye (you will eventually have moved in and then certainly have the construction noise and dirt from the others all around for at least 1 year or more). For the financial and construction-executing side, it's probably better this way. It just costs a few nerves later on .

The "Kompetenzzentrum Bauen" is definitely not yet located in the area.
