I have to think of the worst case *ROTFL* right now: let's assume he loses interest and doesn't find a successor; neither you nor the other end houses want the middle property. Would the municipality then possibly turn it into visitor parking spaces?

Maybe an underground garage...

or if you end up getting more garden space at the house after all. That would of course be funny if the difficult foundation makes the middle house unsellable. Then the municipality would have really made a huge blunder besides the other absurdities. How is it with the other terraced houses in the development area? Is there already a middle house standing there?

Interesting question, Katja ( )

I am really curious to see what comes out of it, ... and I would be incredibly disappointed if you stop writing here at some point and leave us in the dark

Almost all middle houses have started construction - all coordinated with their neighbors. In 90% of cases, this also works.

We are also the only end house where no neighbor has built yet. Therefore, the issue of the terrace and parking space is also difficult to resolve.

Due to the many changes of interested parties back then combined with the naivety of our neighbor, this is what results.

Well, he must have had his reasons for buying it.

And if nothing else happens on his part, you could still sink a biodegradable stainless steel pool there on revocation, as compensation for the incomplete terrace.
