You have to lay everything in protective conduits through the concrete ceiling anyway, including power cables. However, the power cables there do not necessarily have to be replaceable.

Data cables, on the other hand, must always be replaceable in empty conduits. That means you have to be able to pull them through, which also involves adhering to the permissible bending radius (no 90° kinks!) and, after a certain number of bends, an inspection box must be added. Otherwise, although you have the data cables in an empty conduit, you de facto cannot replace them later!

From this perspective, be sure to check your data lines (LAN and SAT, possibly telephone) and insist on sufficient bending radii. After the plastering, it will be too late.

Of course, the working hours are added on top. My father and I really do everything ourselves. We, or rather my father since he has the appropriate knowledge, wired and connected a room with 8 sockets and 2 light switches in about 2 hours the week before last. If someone had wanted 500€ from me for that with material costs of 50-70€, I would have laughed and run into a circular saw.

Completely correct! Nevertheless, 140 euros for a Simplex LAN socket is steep.

So... now here in "my" thread the pictures without scaffolding from all sides (for those who are interested). Since today the electrician is here - and finished again on Saturday because the plasterer comes on Monday.

Does the Viebrockhaus home builder completely brick veneer his house also on the side facing the middle house? The middle house builder still hasn't started?

That also surprised me, maybe he is speculating that there will be no middle house!? Or there are other reasons, but it also confused me at first glance at the picture.
