I think he will definitely adhere to the DIN standard – several empty conduits were already installed during the shell construction phase. As it should be.
You have to lay everything in protective conduits through the concrete ceiling anyway, including power cables. However, the power cables there do not necessarily have to be replaceable.
Data cables, on the other hand, must always be replaceable in empty conduits. That means you have to be able to pull them through, which also involves adhering to the permissible bending radius (no 90° kinks!) and, after a certain number of bends, an inspection box must be added. Otherwise, although you have the data cables in an empty conduit, you de facto cannot replace them later!
From this perspective, be sure to check your data lines (LAN and SAT, possibly telephone) and insist on sufficient bending radii. After the plastering, it will be too late.
