Done everything right, but how do you want to rule out settlement cracks, every new building has them, or do you want to blame them all on you now?

Of course not. However, we were strongly advised to have the then current condition of the house examined by an external party.

I think you acted correctly. Now relying only on talking for longer could turn out to be expensive afterwards (if damages occur). Of course, this is not a cornerstone for a good neighborhood, but you have really tried everything to avoid that.

And how are things otherwise in the house?

So far everything is going wonderfully. The tiler is almost done, the staircase has been in since last week, the painter still has about two days of work. The bathrooms still need the textured paint and some white here and there. The drywall installer did the storage room today.

The painter's fleece looks absolutely great on the "pimped" Q2 wall. The blue wall in the children's room looks much cooler in reality.

Currently, the sanitary equipment and the installation of the ventilation system are still missing. But all of that will happen this week.

Otherwise, next week on Monday the front door will be installed and on May 7th the handover – on the 13th then the exterior plastering.

Now the stroke plaster is also inside the two bathrooms, making the tiles appear significantly brighter.

In addition, the guest WC was finally painted – now we like the tiles even more.
