Yes, definitely yes. Readable for everyone. For me NRW CoronaSchVO as of 22.03.2020 §12

There is nothing to interpret here, the public space is a clearly defined term.

Anyone who nowadays issues regulations that "imply" something hasn’t got a clue. Anyone who amusingly interprets things and turns them into fake news should lose their official status.

Last post from me here, it is supposed to be about the goalkeepers' hut - my message remains, it is allowed, whether it is wise is another question. Controls practically do not exist.

After we realized last night in our calculations that we still have a buffer, which results from small savings here and some own contributions there, we will now accept the surcharge for the painting fleece - but without applying filler to Q3. We have found a solution with our general contractor.

Otherwise, the building authority did not share our and the neighbor’s concerns. The planner of the middle house only received the note that he has to pay attention to the stability of our buildings during construction. We will wait and see.

Otherwise, I also had a lawyer check this story about the lower-lying property: here too, no chance to achieve anything, as liability for material defects is excluded in the contract - well... yesterday’s news.

Effectively, there are about three weeks of work left in the house, handover with our general contractor is planned for May 7th, afterwards we will lay the floors and then the interior doors will arrive on the 26th. Meanwhile, we will assemble the new furniture and then move bit by bit... that’s the plan.

The kitchen should also arrive in the last two weeks of May.

The poor pig that had to install the distribution for the underfloor heating. (I at least think that's what it is, down there in the corner of the HAR?).
