Yes, but according to your own statement, that's also in the village. I live in the city! Yes, in principle I would have almost preferred that to be less far out, but that wasn't really an option for family reasons...

I can still get to the center faster from the village than some Berliners.

Satisfied is probably an understatement: at the same price Berlin with the neighbor's right of way against Schilda with one and a half meters of fill, I call that a difference like the Caribbean versus Heligoland.

50 km from Berlin (45 min by public transport to Alexanderplatz/Main Station) bought 2.5 years ago for €40 / sqm (1,450 sqm)
