after the development work is fully on schedule, it has now turned out that our plot or the entire WA is probably about 1.20 to 1.50m lower than the street level. The exact heights are not yet determined, as paving is still in progress. However, it will probably be within this range. This height is probably due to the sewer pipes.
What this will mean for us in detail, we do not know yet. A short phone call with our GU also could not bring much clarification, as he needs the exact heights to make a reasonable statement. Therefore, we will first have a soil survey conducted, in which the heights will probably also be determined. Then we will see further or our GU can provide more details.
What do you think? How is something like this usually solved technically? Our GU mentioned something about a non-load-bearing slab? Or do you already have to consider a basement?
