I was at the pit the day before yesterday and can confirm the 1.50m – the site manager of the development company also estimated the heights throughout the area to be between 1.20 and 1.50m. And according to him, nothing will be filled in anymore. It will stay exactly like that.

The cellar builders of course think it’s very good – the other floor slab builders probably aren’t really aware yet of what has happened, since we are presumably the furthest ahead with our planning.

I would then build with a basement. And can't the kitchen and living corner be swapped somehow? I think it looks uncozy.

The whole drama continues in the garden... you should already start thinking about how things will take place there. Substantial amounts can also be involved.
