It doesn’t matter how the other one builds. The load-bearing exterior wall aligns flush with the property boundary (OK, leaving 2 cm of air). The places where the houses do not overlap will be insulated afterwards. That’s how everyone builds here.We have also insulated the entire wall, since it was not clear at the time of the start of construction how the middle house would be built.
