It looks quite poor in a house group then... it will probably end up being a foundation solution.

We have now also completed the final planning and will submit the notification procedure in the coming days. And I know, the upper side window does not match the floor-to-ceiling window. However, this is because we still have to do the bathroom planning, and the window might still shift then.

Honestly? I think it's terrible. But luckily, I don't have to like it. Definitely one of the most exciting projects here due to the circumstances with the development plan.

If we're being honest with each other, then I can now also say that I found your previous suggestions quite terrible. So I guess it’s all good now.

Still, I continue to appreciate your honest opinion!

Also terrible is nonsense. It is one of the few viable solutions given the external conditions. What comes to mind, but now it’s already too late anyway: - Distance between couch and TV is very large - The dining table as it is is probably unrealistic, I think a larger one will come that will then be placed lengthwise - For the two children's rooms, an American wall niche interlocking would have been an option, but it works like this too. - You urgently need shading (in addition to roller shutters) for the large glass area on the ground floor facing west. If there is nothing, you will have a sauna on days like today.

- The distance between couch / TV will not be like that. The architect designed it that way. Presumably, the couch will be free-standing and the wall unit on the other side. - The dining table is of course actually 1.60m long and will also be placed differently - Children's rooms: we find it okay as it is - The large sliding door as well as the floor-to-ceiling window on the left side of the plan will both get blinds - hopefully that will then fit
