Why did you choose the window at the bottom with a fixed element in the lower part? The window itself already feels not very large, but with the two sashes and the fixed element, it looks quite small or just has a lot of frame area for the window size.

Otherwise, it is nice to see that the construction is going so well, especially since the city had put many obstacles in the way.

What do you want to bet, it's the kitchen and behind it is the kitchen unit? I wish I had thought of that myself, then it would have been the same for me.

Exactly right. That’s the kitchen. Without a fixed element, you simply can’t fully open the window because of the faucet.

There are "swivel" faucets - I find them the better solution, but it's already decided.

I had one in the apartment - and never used it. Because: who opens the window behind the sink? Right - nobody. You can open it wide enough for cleaning, that's all that's needed. From my experience. Therefore: neither such a window nor a special faucet are really necessary.

There are "tilting" faucets – I find them the better solution, but that's obvious.

Right, something like the Blanco Periscope SF-2, I think that's a nice patent.

Because: who opens the window behind the sink? Right – nobody.

"Spice windows" are what the windows like in the building of Goalkeeper are called. That means if you want to grow kitchen herbs outside on the windowsill, such a window is perfect: Just open the sash at the top, lean over and... *snap snap*

I had one like this:

Although I like the one above better. As I said: we never used it, but the faucet was really expensive. After 10 years I had to replace it and then got one without this feature.
