Build a terraced end house with an additional unit (GÜ) on your own

Very nice kitchen. Except for the prominent fridge/freezer combination. I find it disturbing in the overall picture. Was that planned and intended or did it just turn out that way?

That is a side-by-side refrigerator with a depth of about 72cm - those always stick out that far.

We deliberately wanted such a refrigerator because it simply offers a tremendous amount of space.

They could have made the adjacent cabinets deeper.

But from the dining area side, it then appears very massive and usually brings no additional benefit with the tall cabinets.

I would have (and we did) have the cabinet for the SBS refrigerator built deeper.

That is a Schüller Glasline. Unfortunately, pulling the cabinets forward was not possible because then we would have been too close to the window at the back.
