No one here can tell you that, so either a lawyer and/or an expert, or you have your new electrician check with the written invoice, or you start counting simple things like sockets yourself. There was already the first discrepancy with the windows, is it possible that there are windows with divided roller shutters?

I only expect to get any money already paid back significantly with a lawyer and expert and probably more likely in the long term...

The combination of planner, client who roughly knows what he wants and somewhat suspects what he needs, an electrician not capable for the topic, and one who has to deal with the consequences is unfortunately really the worst case for such an endeavor. This is not meant as finger-pointing, but it just went really badly for you and everything came together.

Boy, oh boy... Presence detectors, E-Kay, and the rest of the rubbish on the documents - no need to ask further. These are the guys and the projects that have contributed to KNX gaining its somewhat negative reputation. But by the way, on the last document he does write "I can do more" :D:D:D

Hello, the presentation is extremely confusing and not understandable. Billing by hours or flat rates, for example per fireplace? Otherwise, I am counting quite exactly 6 km of empty conduits!! That just can’t be right! How do you lay empty conduits in screed? (press them in when it’s fresh?) For example, we have 300m² living space together in all 4 residential units. I’m pretty sure (would have to recalculate) that I ordered about 1500m of empty conduits in total and the remaining stock still available fits quite well for the work still to be done. Besides, we don’t have an open ring (bus) but a “cabling-unfavorable” star wiring. Certainly not as large a smart setup as yours, but certainly not only 25% of the cabling. I fear you have already clearly overpaid. Especially if errors in the cabling turn out. The new electrician has to be liable anyway with his signature, so he must check everything too (additional effort). As already recommended, do an inventory, realistically evaluate (have it evaluated) and then try to recover the rest from the electrician. I wish you good luck with that and a knack for weighing between money (claims against the electrician) and luck (when you can move into the house calmly).

We have already moved in ... bridging it with socket lights ... when summer comes, then we will be delivered because of the heat, so far we cannot control the blinds.

Update: I found an electrician who works with a programmer, both are very neat and seem competent. First, the programmer came, every room was discussed and then he created a list of where what goes and which actuators I still need. These were then installed today by the electrician, some order was created afterwards.

Congratulations! It certainly wasn't easy to find this electrician at the current time. So the horror will finally come to an end soon. Also, the shunting wiring has made quite a decent impression so far. But there's still a good amount of work to be done ...
